• Customer content uploaded by paying customers (documents, recordings, project data) to deliver the service.

• To deliver and improve the platform for customers.
• To send updates you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Customer content

Customer content is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the UK/EU, never used to train models for other customers, and deleted on request or at contract end.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email), under contract, and where required by law.

Your rights
