1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of theconstructionaiadvisor.com and, unless a separate written agreement applies, the services of The Construction AI Advisor. By using the site you accept them.

2. What the service is — and isn't

The Construction AI Advisor produces AI-assisted drafts, checks and insights to support construction professionals. Outputs are assistance, not professional advice. They do not replace the judgement of competent persons, appointed designers, temporary works coordinators, principal contractors or health & safety professionals, and they do not discharge any duty under CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act or any other law. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you rely on.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the material you upload and for having the right to upload it. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the platform, no reselling without our written agreement.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect and consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
